This is a full-time role for a 2nd Shift Production Lead. The Production Lead will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality control, and manage production planning and workflows. Responsibilities include training and developing team members, maintaining communication across departments, and implementing production management strategies. This is an on-site role located in Monroe, WI.
