If you have some experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, assembly or material handling and are ready to build on those skills, this could be a great next step.

We're looking for an Advanced Production Associate who is dependable, adaptable and comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities. This position works across multiple areas of our operation, supporting everything from production equipment and packaging to inventory movement and shipping.

You won't be limited to one task or one work area. You'll have the opportunity to cross-train, learn different processes and become a versatile member of the production team.

What You'll Do

As an Advanced Production Associate, you'll help keep materials, products and production processes moving efficiently throughout the facility while maintaining strong safety, quality and accuracy standards.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Operate and support production, packaging and material-handling equipment used throughout the manufacturing and distribution process.
• Load, unload, move, stage and organize raw materials, work-in-process inventory and finished products to support production needs.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, material tracking and product movement while helping maintain accurate inventory.
• Inspect products, packaging, labels, serial numbers and quantities to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality and customer requirements.
• Assemble cartons, prepare packaging materials, package and label finished products and prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners and other material-handling equipment.
• Support production workflow by ensuring materials and products are available where and when they are needed.
• Crosstrain across production, packaging, inventory, shipping/receiving and material-handling functions based on operational needs.
• Work closely with Operators, Leads, Supervisors and other team members to meet production schedules and daily operational goals.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, material flow and overall efficiency.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas while following established procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on, adaptable and ready to learn multiple areas of a manufacturing operation.

• Entry-level experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, assembly or material handling preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning production equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling materials, packaging products and supporting production and inventory activities.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate pallet jacks, scanners and other material-handling equipment.
• Basic math, counting, computer and inventory-tracking skills.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance and willingness to take on different responsibilities as production needs change.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a production team.
• Willingness to cross-train and work across multiple production and material-handling functions.
• Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing production demands as needed.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds and remain physically active throughout the shift.
• Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.
