International Food Products Corporation (IFPC) is seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team at our corporate office in Fenton, Missouri. This role is designed for early career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B Sales, learn how a food ingredient business truly operates, and grow into a full sale role with mentorship and structure.
The Sales Trainee Program is a six-month-long full-time program that builds business knowledge and sales capability through structured rotations, training, and hands-on field experience—followed by a transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities Include:
- Rotate through key departments (Customer Service, Purchasing, Traffic & Logistics, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain) to understand how the business runs.
- Receive foundational training in IFPC’s products, customers, and consultative selling approach.
- Travel with experienced sales reps, observe customer meetings, and build real-world selling skills.
- Work closely with Sales Support, R&D, and internal teams to strengthen communication, follow-through, and relationship-building.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of personal accountability and follow‑through
- Willingness to learn and receive coaching
- Professional presence and positive attitude
