- Develop comprehensive bid proposals that include detailed breakdowns of costs, schedules, and assumptions
- Monitor ongoing projects for cost control opportunities and update estimates as project scope evolves
Experience
- Strong knowledge of maritime construction principles, contracts, and project processes
- Experience that provides insight into field operations and cost drivers
