Team Lead Countertop Installer (Stone ,Granite, Quartz, Marble)
Location: Norfolk, VA

We are looking for a Team Lead Countertop Installer to join our growing team. Required to have 4 years experience or more installing granite, quartz, or marble countertops and a strong work ethic.
This position involves working in customers’ homes and businesses, so professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Install stone countertops including granite, quartz, and marble
- Assist with transporting, carrying, and setting stone materials
- Ensure precise placement, leveling, and secure installation
- Work directly with team members and occasionally customers on-site
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company installation and safety procedures
Requirements
- Experience in countertop installation as a team leader Required
- Ability to lift 100 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable working in residential homes and commercial properties
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and grow in the stone industry
