Life Safety Project Manager
Are you passionate about safeguarding lives and properties? Do you excel in project management and have a keen eye for life safety systems? Join our team as a Project Manager specializing in Life Safety including Fire Sprinklers and Fire Alarms.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for life safety fire sprinkler and fire alarm system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, designers and field technicians, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
- Conduct site assessments, identify requirements, and propose effective solutions aligned with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure quality control of equipment and materials.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on life safety system design, implementation, and compliance.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in Life Safety Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience managing projects related to life safety systems, preferably in fire sprinklers and fire alarms.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, local building regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working with various types of life safety systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with CAD, AutoSprink, BIM or other design software.
