Role Description
This is a full-time opportunity for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join our team at Corporate Headquarters in Tampa, Florida. The role involves managing customer accounts, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and maintaining continuous communication with distributors to ensure satisfaction and support growth.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to build and sustain relationships
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Experience in the construction or fastener industry is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
