Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Part‑Time Accountant to join our Finance Team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, meaningful work, and collaboration with a supportive global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile the general ledger
- Process invoices, payments, and collections (AP/AR)
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end financial closing
- Ensure compliance with US‑GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Collaborate with our Global Central Accounting Unit in Europe
- Prepare reports for leadership as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Integrity, confidentiality, and clear communication
- Knowledge of German is helpful but not required
Additional Details:
- Hybrid position based in Northfield, MN
- Salary: $27,000–$33,000 annually (based on experience and role alignment)
