Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.• Provide detailed product information on load securement products, including anti-slip pallet pads, polywoven dunnage airbags, and other related items.• Process customer orders and track shipments, ensuring all order details are accurate and timely.• Manage customer complaints or product returns, addressing defective or damaged items, and facilitating return or replacement processes.• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, using company CRM system.• Assist in the creation of reports, such as sales or inventory updates, and generate order status reports as needed.• Help customers with troubleshooting product issues and provide guidance on proper usage or best practices for securement solutions.• Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.• Participate in weekly team meetings and periodic training sessions to improve customer service skills, office efficiency, and product knowledge.-Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent required.-Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.-Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office) and experience using CRM software is a plus.-Knowledge of load securement products or willingness to learn.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.-Experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a plus.Working Conditions:Full-time, 40 hours per week, M-F 8AM-5PMOffice environmentCompany DescriptionInternational Dunnage LLC, based in Thunderbolt, GA, provides innovative load-securement and packaging solutions to support global supply chains.
