- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice on jewelry pieces, including diamonds, gemstones, and watches
- Build and maintain longlasting relationships with clients
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
- Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and wellorganized
- Previous retail sales consultant experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
- A genuine passion for jewelry and helping customers
- Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude
- Selfstarter with solid time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- The Sales Consultant will be required to work weekends, holidays, and events.
