What You’ll Do
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage a steady flow of emails and paperwork, keeping everything organized.
- Prepare and track invoices, including collecting proof of delivery.
- Update customers on order status, deliveries, and general inquiries.
- Help resolve simple order issues such as delays or missing information.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, operations, and logistics teams.
- Suggest improvements to help streamline processes and support customers.
- 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in order processing, order management, or a similar office-based role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines at once, with excellent prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized under busy conditions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site each day.
