Position Summary

The U.S. Safe Program Specialist provides direct administrative, grant, education, and community outreach support to the Director of U.S. Safe and the broader U.S. Safe program. This position supports program operations, documentation, reporting, meeting and event coordination, and initiatives related to the prevention, identification, intervention, and response to sex trafficking and child sexual exploitation.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct administrative assistance support to the Director of U.S. Safe, including assistance with administrative needs and meeting and event preparation.
  • Maintain appropriate program literature, tabling materials and documents for the U.S. Safe team including managing SharePoint, Server data input, Donor Perfect data input, and other program projects.
  • Coordinate meetings including preparation, notes, logistics, and related tasks.
  • Support Crisis Aid International fundraising and awareness efforts and events as requested, including donor contact and coordination on behalf of the Director of U.S. Safe.
  • Provide support for annual activities including renewals of registrations, file verifications, tax exemption and SharePoint templates.
  • Assist with grant application and reporting activities.
  • Participate in Crisis Aid International activities, meetings, and training as requested.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 2–4 years of professional experience.
  • Strong administrative, office, and computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with victim service-related grant writing and/or billing is strongly preferred.

NOTE: This position commonly requires local travel to multiple work sites and some out of state travel for training or other events.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
