Positions Summary
As a Client Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility is ensuring our customers receive outstanding service long after the sale. You'll regularly visit customer locations, gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and help strengthen long-term relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is highly organized, and can balance field visits with office responsibilities. While customer satisfaction is the primary focus, there are opportunities to earn additional commissions through referrals and sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Visit existing customers throughout the El Paso area to maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather valuable feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google reviews.
- Create and manage company social media content.
- Update online inventory listings for refurbished office equipment.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for customers requesting sales or service visits.
- Perform occasional administrative duties and answer incoming phone calls.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Clean background check required.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with social media platforms is preferred.
