What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer position at International Construction?
Job consists of operating excavators, skidsteers, dozers, and backhoes. There is an emphasis on excavator operation. Operator should be capable of loading gravel trains/dump trucks with material in a timely manner. General maintenance of the heavy equipment. Building demolition experience is recommended but not required (removal of foundations, excavation of water/sewer line. Tear down of building with material separation.) Light Labor work is involved. Job is Monday through Friday with onsite reporting. Overtime after 40hrs. Paycheck weekly. W2/W4. Starting wage at $30/hr, more based on experience. Fulltime position available with year round work. No benefits.
