Parts Associate

International Construction Equipment, Inc, (I.C.E.) a leading manufacturer of pile driving and drilling equipment, is seeking a Parts Associate at our Columbiana, Ohio branch.

As a Parts Associate, you will partner with the Branch Service Manager to coordinate administrative activities and will perform a variety of support tasks to assist staff members.

Responsibilities and Competencies:

· Communicate directly with Customers to take and complete all parts orders.

· Input data to create sales orders in computer system and forward information to complete invoices to the customer.

· Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure delivery schedules are met and parts are delivered.

· Maintain parts inventory by completing inventory cycle counts.

· Provide information to create stock orders to keep inventory updated.

· Shipping and receiving equipment and parts.

· Maintain copies of parts, service, and operation manuals.

· Provide parts support to service team for maintenance of rental fleet.

· Work with other branches to transfer parts and equipment as needed.

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum education of High School diploma required.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while supporting multiple staff.

· Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong cooperative, team-player attitude is a must. Must be able to work effectively with all levels of internal and external parties.

· Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other specialized software programs such as Epicor ERP.

· Internet-savvy to search for timely and relevant information as necessary.

· Ability to lift to up to 75 pounds
