**You are required to work at least 24 hrs. Monday - Friday**

Education - Completion of a BSN, or an ADN from an accredited institution.
Experience - Two years ambulatory nursing experience with BSN or three years with an ADN preferred, in areas such as public health, community health, or equivalent and experience in multicultural nursing or other social service area and commitment to community health care preferred. Care management or chronic disease management experience preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Current WA State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) preferred. Obtaining specialty certification in care management within 12 months of hire required.Salary : $43 - $62
