The Executive Assistant – Foundation will provide administrative and event support to the Foundation Executive Director and staff as needed. This may include but is not limited to annual fundraising campaigns, event coordination, donor acquisition and retention, donor communication, and database management. This position will also provide administrative and event coordination support for capital campaigns.
Education - Associate's degree or two (2) years of college; may substitute two (2) years of relevant work experience for the required education requirement; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience - Two (2) years of experience in fundraising or non-profit experience.
Other Requirement(s) - Excellent organizational computational, writing and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize project deadlines. Knowledgeable in fundraising best practices and donor cultivation/stewardship strategies. Prior experience with Raises Edge or another CRM is preferred. Flexible, energetic with a positive attitude a must.
