Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- The Warehouse Lead Technician is responsible for supporting the daily tasks of the warehouse manufacturing and distribution functions and is the interface of all functions of the warehouse.
- Daily phone, email and Live Chat communication with customers and sales reps
- Daily communication with Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager
- Steps in as Assistant Warehouse Manager when they are out of office.
- Train all warehouse employees on specific job functions.
- Responsible for prioritizing and delegating work to warehouse personnel assuring each job is completed in a professional and timely manner.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Ensure warehouse organization.
- Inspect warehouse facilities and equipment and recommends changes in allocation of space.
- Responsible for providing accurate counts of finished goods inventory and timely data entry for shipping and inventory purposes.
- Sales Orders, Invoicing, and Shipping of all customer orders
- Ensure superior customer satisfaction while maintaining a cost-effective operation.
- Assist with warehouse quality and safety.
