Description

The Senior Marketing Specialist leads the marketing strategies for ICC’s Publications and Digital Codes, ensuring alignment with customer needs and revenue objectives. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive demand generation and support overall business goals.

Essential Functions

• Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive new enterprise client sales.
• Define customer engagement priorities through a multi-channel marketing approach.
• Establish and achieve KPIs and revenue targets for major marketing campaigns.
• Manage key vendors supporting paid search and in-app product marketing in partnership with Director of Marketing.
• Collaborate with the Communications team on brand messaging, social media and publicity initiatives.
• Partner with product management / development and sales team to execute GTM strategies and brand promotions.
• Create and manage marketing plans and budgets to meet revenue goals and client needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing activities through effective stakeholder communication.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize performance.
• Use data insights to develop strategic and tactical action plans and measure success.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and enhance digital marketing efforts and videos.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

Essential Skills and Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced Certifications plus: Marketing Management Technology, Digital Marketing, Brand Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing.
• Strong analytical skills leveraging excel and other Microsoft Office tools to help analyze campaigns.
• Demonstrates knowledge of current marketing practices, trends, and opportunities.
• Ability to translate strategies into objectives and action plans with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication abilities and exceptional time management and organizational acumen.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Up to 20% travel is required
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer or desk
• Occasional standing, walking, and reaching to access files or office supplies
• Manual dexterity for typing, filing, and handling office equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, documents)
• Visual acuity to read printed and digital materials
• Auditory ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
• May need to climb stairs in multi-level office building
