Honda Stratham, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, a highly motivated, energized and experienced sales manager. The successful candidate will be a strong multi-tasker who can plan, motivate, and coordinate activities with sales consultants on programs that will increase the new and used-car gross and F&I penetration. Strong commitment to results a must. Effective communication and organization skills required.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly unit volume goals and gross profit targets.
- Meet and exceed CSI standards.
- Inspire, motivate and engage sales staff
- Participate in company training
- Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as an automotive sales manager, Honda experience a plus.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
- Flexible schedule to cover store hours
- Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
