Audi Stratham, an International Cars Company, (ICL) is seeking a part-time motivated, enthusiastic Office Assistant/File Clerk that has the desire to learn all aspects of the automotive office! This position is 15 hours per week, with flexibility based on dealership needs.
ICL is employee owned and proud of our dealerships: Honda North, 1 North Pre-Owned and KIA North in Danvers MA, Dover HondaDover Chevrolet in Dover NH, Porsche of Stratham, Audi of Stratham and Honda Stratham in Stratham NH and Portsmouth VW in Greenland, NH.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning all office documents into our dealership computer system
- General office duties such as filing and ordering supplies
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
- Cross train to help cover deal clerk and title clerk when absent
- Actively participate in employee engagement activities such as coordinating events, creating flyers, shopping for supplies and sending emails to staff members.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organizational Skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with employees and customers
- Flexible schedule
- Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
