ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:Coding of qualitative data in Atlas.ti; development of a codebook (approximately 40 KIIs, could be up to 60 KIIs);Triangulation of primary qualitative information from KIIs with secondary country health data (health statistics, project reports, relevant documentation etc).Data analysis, deriving evaluation findings, conclusions and recommendations;Drafting sections of the final report;Review the report for analytical accuracy, rigor, depth, and quality.Qualification Requirements: 5 years of experience in qualitative research/evaluationsSkills in Atlas.tiStrong sectoral experience in health.Strong writing, research, and organizational abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Fluency in English (oral and written) required; fluency in another language preferred.
