Japanese speaker - Inside Sales, Sales Operations Specialist (N2, N1, and/or a native Japanese speaker)

Job location: Costa Mesa, CA (On-site)

A well-established Japanese company is looking for Inside Sales Rep or Sales Office Operations Support Rep who is fluent in Japanese and English for its California Office.

Some of the main responsibilities at this Inside Sales / Sales Operations Support role: Order taking and processing, preparing quote, and logistics (inventory, product availability check, import and export processes, supply chain, and coordination with warehouse, and freight forwarders). Daily sales support operations, customer coordination, and communication with the headquarters in Japan, using Japanese and English language skills.

Some of the minimum qualification requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese and English. (N2, N1, and/or a native Japanese speaker)
• Able to use Excel.
• A college degree and/or 3 years of related work experience. (Experience with purchasing, sales operations, order taking, supply chain, or logistics preferred.)
• Authorized to work in the US.
• A valid US driver’s license.
• Able to work overtime with short notice as needed.
• Able to start in 2 weeks at the office if you receive a job offer. (Note: This is an on-site position.)

Preferred skills:

• Experience with ERP, inventory management systems, and order management systems preferred.
• Work exp with or at a trading or manufacturing company preferred.

Compensation: approx. $78,000/yr, depending on the related work exp with a discretionary bonus.
