IMMEDIATE OPENING: Auto Repair Tech with 5 years current experience working on passenger cars. Must be able to work on all makes and models, both foreign and domestic.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Guaranteed minimum salary with potential annual earnings of $90k or more.
- Weekly pay period.
- 5 Day Work Week: Monday thru Friday 8am - 5 pm. No Nights -No Weekends -No Holidays.

- No engagement with customers: drop-off only, no waiting policy. Service manager deals with all customers. No technician involvement.
- No searching for parts - service writer will order all needed parts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years current automotive repair experience on passenger cars & light trucks; all makes & models, foreign & domestic. Must be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues.
- Must be extremely knowledgeable with all systems in automobiles and light trucks, including engine, emissions, drive-line, transmission, electrical, A/C, alignments.
- Ability to consistently turn in 40 billable hours per week.
- Ability to use tablet for Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) including pictures and videos.
- Effectively communicate diagnoses and issues to Service Writer.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; clean background check.
- Bonus for ASE Certification and/or Maryland State Inspector’s License.
- Must be able to provide own tools.
- Must be willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be honest, dependable, respectful, and responsible.
