About All-ASA (All-Armenian Student Association) is the largest Armenian student organization in the United States, representing over 50 chapters across the country. Founded with a mission to unify, lead, and empower Armenian students in the diaspora, All-ASA connects students with their cause, community, and culture — and provides pathways to academic and professional success through its Mentorship, Internship, and Scholarship programs.
About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and driven Programs Coordinator to manage and grow All-ASA's Mentorship, Internship, and Scholarship programs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with students, and is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end application process for Mentorship, Internship, and Scholarship programs — from promotion to applicant review
- Manage mentor and internship partner recruitment, maintaining an active and up-to-date CRM
- Facilitate mentorship matching, track consent forms, and handle reassignments as needed
- Coordinate with faculty review committees and the Steering Board to support scholarship decisions
- Conduct regular check-ins with All-ASA Leadership and the Executive Board to report on program progress
- Send program surveys, analyze feedback, and continuously improve the participant experience
- Maintain financial records, track receipts, draft budgets, and ensure donors receive tax-deductible letters
- Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen all programs
Experience
- 2 years of experience in program coordination, operations, project management, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in student services, education, or community organizations is a plus
- Familiarity with scholarship, mentorship, or internship program management preferred
