The International Arena League (IAL), headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its Creative Department ahead of the league’s inaugural kickoff in April 2026. This role will work closely with the Art Director and Creative/Marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns and visual assets across all league and team platforms throughout the U.S. and Europe. Responsibilities include designing marketing materials, social media and motion graphics, in-arena signage and video board assets, merchandise, and product layouts, as well as supporting league departments with branding and graphic needs. The ideal candidate has a strong sports design background, a passion for football—especially arena football—and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in social, web, motion, merchandise, and large-format arena design. Strong typography, logo, and vector design skills, excellent organization, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and a current online portfolio or PDF are required.

- Develop and execute creative and marketing campaigns using approved brand assets and artwork.
- Create original design concepts for the International Arena League and its teams across the U.S., Canada, and Europe for use in marketing materials, motion graphics, social media, in-arena displays, and merchandise.
- Assist with the design, production, and delivery of arena signage and video board assets.
- Design engaging social media content, including static graphics, motion assets, and short-form video/reels.
- Design team and league merchandise, including apparel and promotional items.
- Create and manage product image layouts and visual presentations.
- Provide design support to the COO as needed.
- Collaborate with league departments and associates to fulfill logo, branding, and graphic design requests.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with After Effects and video/motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sports branding, teams, and athletes, with a genuine interest in football—particularly arena football.
- Prior experience in sports design; background in music, entertainment, or brand marketing is a plus.
- A current, up-to-date online portfolio or PDF showcasing relevant design work is required.
- Experience designing for web and social media platforms, including motion graphics.
- Knowledge of in-arena signage, video screen design, and production workflows.
- Experience in merchandise design and product layout/presentation.
- Strong logo design skills with a solid understanding of vector-based design.
- Excellent typography skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
- Strong conceptual design skills are a plus.
- Illustration experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
- Ability to take creative direction from the COO, Art Director, Marketing Director, and other creative leadership.
