International American Football™ is launching a Spring American Football league in March 2027, featuring 24 teams primarily playing in Division 1 college stadiums. The league has ambitious plans to expand globally within 2-3 years, adding 8 more teams, including notable locations in Europe. This innovative league aims to captivate fans worldwide by delivering high-quality football experiences and fostering a thriving sports community.
The Director of Player Development will oversee all aspects of player recruitment, training, and growth, ensuring athletes perform at their highest potential both on and off the field. Key responsibilities include evaluating player skills, designing development programs, collaborating with coaching staff on training regimens, and serving as a mentor to athletes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sioux Falls, SD.
- Skills in Player Development across multiple sports, including Football, Basketball, and Baseball
- Experience in Golf and Golf Instruction as part of athlete training and development
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and management abilities
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Coaching, or a related field
- Previous experience in managing or mentoring athletes is preferred
- Passion for sports and athlete growth, as well as experience working with diverse teams
