Key Responsibilities- Oversee all operational aspects of the company, ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable processes.

- Optimize workflow systems, project management, and resource allocation to drive productivity.
- Develop and manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and ensure financial and operational targets are met.
- Enhance client experience through continuous process improvement and service delivery innovation.
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, business regulations, and internal policies.

- Minimum 5–7 years of operations management or executive leadership experience.
- Proven track record of scaling operations and driving measurable business improvements.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience within aviation, logistics, or high-end sales industries is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
