What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) position at Internal Medicine & Pediatric Associates?
We are a medical clinic that has been serving the needs of patients in the Jackson Metro Area for the last 20 years. We serve the medical needs of families. We care for patients from birth to 100! We address preventative care needs as well as acute needs.
Nursing duties include working along side physicians & nurse practitioners to provide excellent patient care. Teamwork & mutual respect for one another is paramount to our company culture. Responsibilities include triaging patients for evaluation, point of care testing, injections, immunizations, addressing lab results with patients in person & by phone, starting IV's (if certified).
