Hours
Monday through Thursday. Our office is closed on Friday.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth patient intake processes
- Measure and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures such as medication administration and X-ray preparation
- Maintain detailed documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including patient histories, and treatment notes
- Support physicians by preparing examination rooms and maintaining efficient work flow
Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medication administration protocols
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in outpatient settings
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse populations
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings l
