Duties
- Operate X-ray imaging equipment to produce clear diagnostic images.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort.
- Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to perform diagnostic evaluations.
- Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures, ensure equipment calibration and safety protocols are followed, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and patient privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist--will also consider hiring a Limited Radiologic Tech.
- Experience appreciated but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately capture images that aid diagnosis.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to radiology.
- Ability to work efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care.
