The Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry has found issues at major banks, superannuation and insurance organisations. As a result, some of these organisations have already started remediation programs and some will be starting in the near future.
Additionally, with the demergers at some major banks, there is a strong demand for experienced professionals who have worked on AML/CTF programs.
The RISK and REMEDIATION Practice is seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in remediation and AML/CTF, in banking, superannuation, wealth management and insurance.
The RISK and REMEDIATION Practice (the Practice), provides services from Strategy to Program and Project delivery. Hence the Practice is looking for experienced professionals in the roles of:
- Senior business analyst
- Senior data analyst
- Senior Project Manager
- Change manager
- AML/CTF subject matter expert
- Para legal
Risk and Remediation Professional
The successful professional will work with the Practice Lead in the delivery of Programs and Projects in the Financial Services industry.
The successful professional will have deep and recent experience in consumer remediation and/or AML/CTF. They will have demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced project environment with senior professionals and have a pragmatic and professional approach to their work with a focus on a high-quality delivery.
Experience in insurance, especially Direct Life Business (selling directly to the customer via outbound calls) and in AML/CTF will be a plus.
Ideally the accredited professional will have significant experience in:
- Significant experience (3-5 years) in one or more of the roles above
- Experience in consumer remediation programs
- Experience in AML/CTF programs
- Experience working with large institutions such as Banks, Wealth Management, Superannuation and Insurance
- Good knowledge and experience in using Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Experience in MS Access is a plus
