Client
An existing ICG client is the chairman of a charitable trust that needs to be dismantled. They are seeking an accomplishedaccountant/lawyerwith prior experience completing this process.
Role
Prepare a plan to dismantle the trust
Execute required steps
Ensure all steps completed successfully according to all laws and regulations and trust requirements
Report to the Chairman on all important matters
Logistics
Start date: Starting immediately.They anticipate the work will take about one day a week for the duration of the process which is currently undefined.
Location: Sydney preferred but would consider outside Sydney for the perfect candidate.
Rates: The daily rate to the consultant will bea rate that reflect the not-for-profit nature of the entity. The Net rate to the consultant is $1,750 a day.
Close date: No later than Monday 20 June2022, 12-Noon AEST
