As part of our Food & Beverage team for 2-3 months, you'll soak in the park's natural beauty and provide legendary hospitality to our guests in this extraodinary setting.
Job Summary:
- As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for assisting in the dining room, refilling water, running food, clearing and setting tables in accordance with all sanitation and service standards. You will also be communicating with guests, answering questions and conveying general park information.

Responsibilities
- Help guests, Servers and Hosts in our dining rooms by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables and keeping beverage glasses filled. And, as with all of our front of the house staff, Server Assistants answer guests' questions, listen to stories of adventure and share their own enthusiasm for the Park.
Qualifications
- Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to absorb large amounts of information quickly: Service procedures, beverage and food menus as appropriate, operation of point of sales system.
- Knowledge of menu, specials and features.
- Knowledge of basic sanitation.
- Certification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required. Workshops will be provided if not currently certified.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
