Job Summary:
The Mail-room Clerk is responsible for delivering and picking up interdepartmental mail, assisting with the distribution of seasonally assigned equipment, and supporting various departments with supply deliveries. Additional duties include managing general mail-room tasks, ensuring the safe operation of company vehicles, transporting Lost and Found items, and potentially assisting with furniture moving and other projects as needed.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering and picking up interdepartmental mail at locations throughout the Park.
- Assists in delivery of seasonally assigned calculators and photocopiers to Park locations throughout the summer season.
- Assists departments with delivery of miscellaneous supplies and equipment between departments.
- Assists with other general mail-room duties including covering the local mail route, posting, sorting, processing USPS and UPS items, and other mail-room jobs assigned as needed.
- Responsible for the safe operation of assigned Company vehicles and for maintaining adequate fluid levels.
- Assist in picking up, accounting for and transporting Lost and Found items from location Housekeeping, Front Desk and Campground Offices to Support Services.
- The Mailroom Clerk may be asked to help out with furniture moving projects, Print Shop finish work or other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- A good general knowledge of the Park and the locations of concession buildings in the Park.
- Able to drive in changing weather conditions on narrow mountain roads
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Must be able to drive daily the 167 mile route.
- Must be able to bend, push, pull and carry objects up to 50 pounds both into and out of the mail van and up and down stairs. There are 35 stops when everything is open where these motions will be repeated.
- Physical requirements #2 and #3 take place over a ten-hour shift.
- Able to work in changing weather conditions.
