We’re hiring Café Attendants to Live. Work. Explore. at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon!
Job Summary:Serve food on the cafeteria line, bus tables, clean, and stock and assist guests by building, packaging, and delivering orders in a fast-paced work environment.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-time, Year-Round
Pay: $15.85 per hourSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests according to company standards
- Be advised of daily specials and menu items to easy describe items to the guests.
- Ensure that all items are fully stocked
- Assist with inventory and orders for products needed.
- Maintain portion control and use proper rotation and presentation of all items.
- Keep area clean and sanitary at all times.
- Maintain temperature logs and sanitation logs.
- Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all safety and risk management policies while performing job.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous fast food or food service experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of guests.
- Must be able to pass ServSafe food handler training.
Physical Requirements include:
Constantly: Stand, walk, handle, reach, bend, lift/carry up to 20lbs, push/pull up to 40lbs.
Frequently: Lift/carry up to 50lbs, push/pull up to 100lbs.
Occasionally: Reach, climb, squat/kneel, lift/carry up to 100lbs.
