Delivery Driver – Intermountain Wood Products- (Grand Junction, CO)
Please Note: This is a full-time, in-person role. Employment with Intermountain Wood Flooring is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM |$23-$24/hr DOE

As a Delivery Driver Associate, you’ll play a critical support role in both warehouse operations and local deliveries. This position blends hands-on warehouse work, customer interaction, and physically demanding delivery responsibilities, helping ensure our customers receive their materials accurately, safely, and on time.

What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Build strong customer relationships through communication, problem-solving, and deliveries
- Carry up to 50 lbs into customer homes
- Pull and prepare orders for delivery
- Securely load products for transport
- Drive company trucks (CDL required)
- Learn our product lines to better assist customers
- Work a consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm (approx.)
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, hand unloading)
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Minimum age: 21
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screenings
Preferred (Not Required)
- Forklift or warehouse experience
- Experience in hardwood, lumber yards, construction, or cabinetry
- Customer service background
No experience needed — we provide full training!
Compensation
Starting at $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
