Job Description: Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Physician When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: As a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will be embedded in our oncology, my generation and heart-failure outpatient clinics. You examine patients, prescribe treatments and medication, provide end of life care, and collaborate with other medical members of the care team treatment. This position includes up to $30,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation allowance not to exceed $20,000.00. You will practice at various practice locations. Rotation schedule may be comprised of 3 days in oncology, 2 days at my generation locations and possibly heart failure patients. Number of patients per day 5 minimum Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm and no call requirement You will provide supervision and guidance to the advanced practitioner, who will be providing direct patient care Team support will include a social worker, additional nursing staff, and intake scheduler.
