- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service, install, and maintenance
- Utilize the “dispatch for dollars” philosophy to drive the most positive customer experience and revenue opportunities
- Monitor real-time changes to routes and adjust accordingly
- Communicate clearly with customers and techs
- Track job progress, arrival times, and completions
- Resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch software
- Multitasking: Manages multiple jobs, changes, and phone calls with calm.
- Attention to Detail: Keeps accurate records and plans ahead.
- Communication: Coordinates clearly between customers and techs.
- Problem Solving: Handles conflicts or missed appointments quickly.
- Time Management: Keeps the day running on time and as planned.
- Responsiveness: Reacts quickly to changes or urgent jobs.
- Excellence: You run a clean board and keep service operations efficient and precise.
- Integrity: You keep your word to techs and customers and own you.

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of dispatching or administrative experience
- Familiar with service software or CRM tools
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
