Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-home consultations to assess HVAC system needs and explain product and service options
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners by educating them on energy efficiency, equipment, warranties, and financing
- Present proposals and close sales with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
- Accurately measure, scope, and communicate installation needs for job setup
- Work closely with installation coordinators and field teams to ensure a seamless customer handoff
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with leads in a timely, consistent manner
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and technician ride-alongs to maintain product knowledge and sales technique
- Represent the brand with professionalism and pride in every customer interaction
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in residential sales, in-home consultations, or HVAC systems
- Familiarity with HVAC products, installation processes, and comfort system design a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- CRM and basic computer proficiency required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
