is seeking energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Lead Generator/Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside retail partner locations.
This is a high-energy, relationship-building role designed for individuals who enjoy talking with people, creating positive first impressions, and identifying opportunities to help customers solve common home comfort and water quality challenges. Rather than simply collecting contact information, our Brand Ambassadors focus on discovering customer needs, educating customers on available solutions, and generating high-quality leads that result in exceptional customer experiences. If you're outgoing, coachable, competitive, and passionate about helping people, this is an excellent opportunity to build valuable sales and marketing skills while earning performance-based incentives.
Requirements Previous experience in retail, customer service, lead generation, promotions, hospitality, sales, or community outreach preferred. Understanding of KPIs and proven experience of exceeding goals Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment. Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities. Ability to work independently while achieving performance goals. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to stand and move throughout retail locations for extended periods. Ability to travel between assigned retail locations as needed. Successful completion of pre-employment background screening and drug testing. Compensation
