Your skills will be recognized, and your contributions will make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of our community.Shift DetailsSchedule: Full-time (36 hours)Days: Thursday, Friday, SaturdayHours: 9:00 AM - 9:30 PMYour ResponsibilitiesAs a Radiology Technologist, you will:Produce high-quality x-ray images as directed by physicians or radiologists.Position and instruct patients for x-ray procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding.Perform portable x-ray procedures for the Emergency Department and nursing units.Process films for radiologists’ interpretation following established protocols.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Maintain x-ray equipment in optimal working condition and coordinate necessary repairs.Foster effective working relationships within the department and across units.What We’re Looking ForMinimum Qualifications for Radiology Tech IHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Completion of an approved radiological training program.Ability to meet the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Current state license/certification.Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.Preferred QualificationsAt least one (1) year of diagnostic radiology experience.Minimum Qualifications for Radiology Tech IICurrent Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Minimum of 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience.Strong communication skills within a multi-functional team.Physical RequirementsNo additional description available.LocationPlatte Valley Hospital Brighton, ColoradoCompensationThe hourly range for this position is $29.14 - $44.94, depending on experience.Why Work With Us?We care about your well-being—mind, body, and spirit!
