As an Advanced Practice Provider in Cardiothoracic Surgery, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing compassionate care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work alongside a well-established group of Cardiothoracic surgeons and APPs managing patients in the clinic, and the hospital.

About This Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider in Cardiothoracic Surgery, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing compassionate care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work alongside a well-established group of Cardiothoracic surgeons and APPs managing patients in the clinic, and the hospital.
- This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $7,500 in relocation assistance if applicable
- You will practice at Intermountain Health St. Mary’s Regional Hospital and Cardiothoracic Clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado
- Your schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- You’ll be on call one out of three weeks
- Manage post operative patients in the inpatient setting
- Manage post hospital follow ups in the clinic setting
- Serve as first assist to our cardio thoracic surgeons in the OR, including vein harvesting

What You’ll Bring
- PA or NP degree from a fully accredited program
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a PA or NP required – NO NEW GRADS
- Experience in CT with proven independence in EVH Preferred
- Active, unobstructed Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
