Website Systems Integration Specialist (E-Commerce)

IFA Brand Team is looking for a Website Systems Integration Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, user experience, and e-commerce.

If you enjoy connecting systems, solving complex problems, and building seamless digital experiences that actually work for real people-this role is for you.

You'll play a key role in powering our digital ecosystem by integrating platforms (CMS, CRM, e-commerce, analytics), improving site performance, and helping create user journeys that inform, inspire, and convert.

Responsibilities

• Connect and optimize systems across our web ecosystem (CMS, CRM, e-commerce, analytics)
• Implement and troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, and product/data feeds
• Improve site performance, UX, SEO, and accessibility
• Support content teams with publishing, QA, and best practices
• Monitor analytics, run A/B tests, and drive continuous optimization
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and external vendors
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in web platforms, integrations
• Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud, CMS platforms, and CRM tools
• Experience with APIs, analytics (GA4/GTM), and basic front-end (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for improving user experience
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear solutions
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and product data integrations
• Knowledge of schema markup, XML feeds, and data enrichment
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Interest in agriculture, ranching, retail, or rural communities
