Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Office Operations to Ensure Efficiency and Productivity.
- Customer Service
- Greeting Customers
- Answering Phones & Emails
- Organization
- Timecard Management
- Collect Timecards and Record Daily
- Coordination with Managers for Completion of Work Orders.
- Help Monitor and Track Time and Resources Going into Work Orders.
- Monitor Progress and Update Records Accordingly.
- Inventory Management
- Track Inventory
- Order Materials Within Timely Manner
- Part Pickup
- Safety Manager
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's safety program.
- Lead and Organize Weekly Safety Meetings
- Follow and Enforce OSHA Safety Regulations
- Conduct Regular Safety Audits and Inspections.
- Assist with Advertising and Social Media
Qualifications:
- Prior Office Manage Experience or Related (2 years)
- Strong Knowledge of Office Management Responsibilities, Systems, and Procedures.
- Organizational Skills and Multitask Abilities
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Microsoft Office Applications (2 years)
- Excel

Salary : $20 - $24
