Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain saw equipment (band saws, misc.)
- Measure, mark, and cut steel materials to specifications.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of saw equipment.
- Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with fabrication team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of saw equipment.
- Learn and assist with other fabrication tasks as needed, including welding, grinding, and assembly.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred, but not required.
- Basic understanding of steel materials and fabrication processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, tape measure, and blueprints.
