Job Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support, leadership and oversight for program.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with various officials and professional workers.
- Serves as the central point of contact for program services; provides positive public relations for all programs.
- Manages complaints, including resolution and follow-up, in collaboration with Intermountain Centers’ leadership team.
- Works collaboratively with Human Resources, has overall responsibility for hiring, developing, retaining, evaluating, disciplining and discharging of program staff.
- Consults with the Executive Director regarding all legal issues, serious programmatic issues, and critical events.
- Provides clinical supervision to program staff on a weekly basis.
- Provides administrative supervision of assigned supervisory and support staff.
- Fills in for supervisors as needed; is on-call for program emergencies.
- Participates in annual budget preparation with the Executive Director and is accountable for program’s adherence to annual budget parameters.
- Follows agency purchasing and accounting procedures; ensures support and program staff do also.
- Ensures program staff receive annual and in-service training, and coaching, on an on-going basis.
- Participates in Management Team meetings, conferences, and other agency-related meetings as necessary.
- Conducts regular all-staff meetings for program staff.
- Ensures that cleanliness and safety standards for the program are met, and that appearance of the site and vehicles are maintained.
- Ensures that member files are maintained in accordance with the Organization and contractual standards.
- Ensures that program data is collected through established protocols to document outcome measures.
- Supports the organization’s mission, goals and management decisions; promotes an empirical behavioral model in program services.
- Maintains an approved schedule and acceptable level of attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.
- Education – Master’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health preferred.
- Experience – Management experience required. Prior experience in providing clinical supervision in a behavioral health setting preferred.

- Licensure – A BCBA Certification and a LBA License are required.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).
- CPR, First Aid & AED certification, if required (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).
- Valid Driver’s License, 39-month Motor Vehicle Report, proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance that meet company insurance requirements, if required.
- Negative TB test result, if required (Employer provides).
