What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Customer Service Cashier (English/Spanish) position at Intermountain Auto Recycling?
Ipull is looking for an energetic, bilingual professional to manage our front desk and customer entry point. You aren't just a cashier; you are the "gatekeeper" of the yard—welcoming customers, managing the check-in process, and ensuring everyone has the info they need for a successful visit.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Hours: M–F 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sat 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Saturdays: You will work most Saturdays. One Saturday per month scheduled off.
Mid-Week Break: On weeks you work Saturday, you will have one day off during the
week (Mon–Thurs).
No Late Nights: Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet and check customers in and out of the yard. Answer
questions regarding yard processes and inventory.
Phone Support: Handle incoming calls, providing basic business information and
directions.
Transaction Management: Accurately process payments at the desk.
Facility Support: Maintain a clean and professional lobby/desk area. Perform periodic
walks through the facility for basic cleanup and organization.
Requirements
Bilingual Skills: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish.
Communication: Ability to explain business processes clearly and professionally in
person and over the phone.
Physical Ability: While there is no heavy lifting, you must be comfortable walking
through the facility and standing for portions of the day.
Professionalism: Reliability is our #1 priority. We need someone who is ready to work
and on time.

You will have a dedicated indoor desk/workstation.

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
