PaTTAN West is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to support training and technical assistance efforts across Pennsylvania.
This role provides clerical and organizational support to educational consultants and program staff, contributing to the planning and delivery of professional development events and statewide initiatives.
Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings and trainings, managing participant communication and registration, preparing materials, maintaining records, and assisting with data collection and tracking related to training activities.
Candidates must have excellent technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools, as well as strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, service-oriented environment that supports the Pennsylvania Bureau of Special Education's goals and priorities.
The hourly rate range for this position is $21.88-$27.35. This is a 12-month (260-day) position. The benefits include medical, dental, vision insurances, life insurance, short-term and long-term income protection insurance, and part of the Pennsylvania School Employees Retirement System (PSERS). The benefits also include paid time off including sick days, personal days, vacation days.
