What are the responsibilities and job description for the LTS Elementary Teacher - 4th Grade position at Intermediate School?
Summary:
The School District of Borough of Morrisville seeks a fall semester substitute position (9/5/2026- TBD in October).
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Certification in Elementary K-6
- Successful classroom experience
- Computer literacy necessary
- Applicant must be innovative, progressive, and capable of working collaboratively with students of all ages, faculty, parents, and administrators
Clearances and other requirements:
If you are an external candidate and you are offered a position with the School District of Borough of Morrisville, please be advised that the following clearances will be required before you are able to begin working:
- PA State Police Clearance (Act 33)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Fingerprints (Act 114) IndentoGo
Background employment clearances and the following additional paperwork must be completed within the last year to be valid: Arrest/Conviction Report (Act 24), PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure (Act 168), and School Health Record, which includes a physical (within a year) and TB test (within 3 months).
Salary: Per the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Morrisville Board of School Directors and Morrisville Education Association.
